Cancelation Policy

In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, twenty-four (24) hours notice to Daisy ‘Luxe Cleaning and Concierge Services, LLC is required. Notice may be given by email or phone. Should the Client fail to give twenty-four (24) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings thereafter. In the event that Daisy ‘Luxe Cleaning and Concierge Services, LLC needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to the client. If Daisy ‘Luxe Cleaning and Concierge Services, LLC fails to give 24-hour notice quiet will be offered one free cleaning.
